- To design lessons and lesson series
- To design learning objectives
- How to provide feedback
- How to structure and interconnect different lessons

- Are already in possession of an instructor certification or training for one
- Teach a minimum of 4 hrs a week
- Are interested in improving their communication and teaching skills
- Are willing to (critically) examine their own teaching style
- Put their students and horses welfare first
